Questions

Do my drivers need an app?

Drivers can use the HyperRoute Driver iPhone app (on the App Store) or the driver portal in any phone browser for status updates, paperwork and receipts.

Does it work with my ELD?

HyperRoute connects to Samsara and Motive for truck locations. Without an ELD connection, trucks show on the map from the driver app's on-duty GPS.

Can I dispatch for more than one carrier?

Yes. One dispatcher login can dispatch for several carriers, and you switch between them inside HyperRoute.

Does Dispo change my loads?

No. Dispo answers questions and suggests next steps. You make every change yourself.

How does the free trial work?

Pick a plan and add a card. You get 14 days of full access. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged; otherwise your plan starts on day 15.

Can I start with compliance and upgrade later?

Yes. Contact us when you are ready and we will move your workspace to a TMS plan; your drivers, trucks and documents stay where they are.

Can I bring my existing loads, customers and carriers?

Yes. Message us once you are signed up and we will help you get your current customers, carriers and drivers set up.
