Use of Service
HyperRoute Intelligence provides transportation operations software for dispatch, fleet, compliance, maintenance, documents, customer tracking, reporting, and administrative workflows.
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the accuracy of company, driver, vehicle, load, invoice, compliance, and document data entered into the platform.
No Legal or Compliance Guarantee
The platform helps organize operational and compliance information, but it does not replace professional legal, regulatory, insurance, accounting, or safety advice.
Billing and Cancellation
Subscription billing, trial periods, cancellation terms, and refunds should follow the active agreement or plan selected by the customer.
Availability
Service availability may vary during maintenance, hosting outages, third-party provider issues, integrations, or security events.
